I could be in. I am not trying to steal this thread or start somthing, but AltiMax says he can do it $145 shipped without GD. Don't know time frame or anything, but that's something to think about.

But, $140 shipped is great deal. Like LithiuMax says 25 seems to be a lot....

ya i have a 4th gen. i was not aware of tein springs for 95-99. could you please provide some insight for us?

Actually Tein only makes S Tech springs for us, 5th gen Maxima owners. The link you gave to us is for HIGH Tech springs. It drops only 1.6/1.2 inches, unlike S Tech's 2.2/1.6 inches.

with this amount of drop are we going to have to worry about camber problems and clearance with bigger wheels? if so, what do you offer for a camber kit to correct the diviance from tolerances?

 

I spoke with studman and the alignment tech told him that his just within specs. but if he would get camber bolts, it can be re-aligned well within specs.

I may just go with camber bolts just to play it safe.

The drop on these springs is 2.2" front /1.6" rear. This spring gives the most equal wheel gap drop for the 5th gen maxima.

 

I just picked mine up from a DHL service center here. Box was beat up, but the springs themselves were packaged very well. Now the wait 'til Sunday...

 

DHL is starting to get on my nerves. Get some pics up when you get the springs installed.

For you board members the price is $169 shipped. The drop on the 4th gens are 2.2" front and 1.8" rear. The drop on the 5th gen is 2.2" front and 1.6" rear.

GreekMax, I got them from Steve. The price was negligible at that point ($161 from AltiMax, $169 from Steve), so I went with someone who I already had made some plans with. Turned out to be a very good move for me, as Steve hooked up a good price, good service AND his last name was almost the same as the street I live on.

Steve, I will for sure make before and after pics, as well as probably get some comparisons with another org member who will have Maxspeeds in a little bit.

 

i might be interested in these as i was in on the Maxspeed g/d that sorta went through (but now is looking like it didn't) i want springs. but i'm waiting to hear from Maxxtuning about the other g/d.

and of course i'd like to see LithiuMax's info comparison
