dude just go to the custommaxima.com website, they have pictures of the kits installed. From what I heard on the .org the aluminum dash kit looks awesome on all the interiors, including the sunlit sand interior.

dude just go to the custommaxima.com website and realize that the pics are way too small. You can't see detail. Also 4th gen and 5th gen interior is different. Flat kits on 4th gen look good. 5th gen on the OEM trim is rounded at edges. How do you make a FLAT "real" brushed aluminium kit and put it on OEM trim that has rounded edges?
Its a valid question so we just want to see better pics.

Yea 2k1. I'm not sure if I want to put them on now because temp is only hitting mid teens high. I was hoping I could install them when it's little bit warmer. Not sure how they will stick in cold weather. I can try out w/ few pieces.

i agree with you twotone, but from what I am seeing... I think the pictures on the site is very clear. then again, I wouldnt mind seeing more pictures. Even if it has only 14 pieces compared to the 42 pieces that ebay retailers are selling, I rather spend 149 on real stuff. Also I dont think Custommaxima is trying to scam us... lol

UPDATE!!!

For those who wanted close up picture:
http://personalwebs.oakland.edu/~aksong/Maxima/kit1.JPG
http://personalwebs.oakland.edu/~aksong/Maxima/kit2.JPG

Few defective parts which I need to get them replaced. Will not stick or lost stickyness
http://personalwebs.oakland.edu/~aksong/Maxima/kit3.JPG
http://personalwebs.oakland.edu/~aksong/Maxima/kit4.JPG
http://personalwebs.oakland.edu/~aksong/Maxima/kit6.JPG

Missing part: passenger side
http://personalwebs.oakland.edu/~aksong/Maxima/kit5.JPG
and also a rear cup holder.

Doesn't really bother me that I have to go through this process of getting these parts replaced. CustomMaxima seems like a good company and I'm sure they will take care of me.

Don't let my experience hold you back from getting this kit. I'm pretty sure others will get a perfect kit. My interior looks a lot better now and the kit is made out of real 100% aluminum. Price is great too.

I need to email Greg. Anyone got his email address?

Greg,

Can we get better pics (closer) of the 5th gen kit installed?
Because of the difference in interior from 4th->5th gen I really want to see how this kit looks. If it comes out nice (console, doors, etc) then I think it would be a really nice product to buy.
Can we get better pics on the site?

Yea I have bunch of pieces missing. I could post a picture when it's all done but I don't know how long it will take to get the defective parts replaced.

You have the other parts installed? or are you waiting for entire kit?
If you have pieces already installed, please take some good pics.

Thanks

OK thanks.
Main reason I'm asking is because 4th gen interior is pretty flat.
This kit has flat edges. So it looks great.
But 5th gens have curves at the end of the OEM molding. I just can't imagine how this would look good either over hanging OEM or with OEM sticking out.

OEM piece sticks out. The kit does not completely cover the OEM dash (center console pieces) I'll take a picture of it so you can see what I'm talking about.

Center console, shifter console, and door pieces are my major concerns.
Also how does this rear draw piece look? weird?
