Christmas GD.....?
What would everyone like? I think all my other GDs went smoothly enough to get something going quickly, so everyone can have whatever it is by Christmas. I just need to know what it is. Ive done alot with all the Viper products, one going now for headrest TVs and we had one for the Diamond Audio HEX components.
I can pretty much do whatever you guys would like. Ill let this thread go for a few days, then whatever has the most popularity it will be !
Just give me an idea to use for a pole...HUs,Speakers,subs,amps,remote starts, alarms,DVD players,etc...
Also just a reminder...Ive gotten several calls for doing remote starts for family members and friends of Orgers. This can be done, but I need some notice, as my schedule is getting pretty full lately. Theres alot of cold people out
there. LoL ! Also if getting done the antenna can be hidden, and the remotes put into a jewel box of somesort and wrap it. Noone will know its in untill you tell them or give them the remotes. Gift certificates may also be available, if theres enough demand for them.

Viper 550 ESP ===> Viper 791XV upgrade. I'll pay for your one-way airplane ticket to the northwest. While you're on the west coast, you can fly to CA to install alarm/audio systems for the folks there.

Max2000, great idea, and I have tons of Lightning Audio packages at the warehouse for decent pricing. Only drawback would be shipping if the box was included. BTW..the package (if I rememeber correctly) is 2 12s and an amp (250watt?) for around 120.
LithiuMax ...Ill check on it tomorrow as I dont sell to many 15s. It will not be anywhere near Ebay, or Unauthorized online dealers prices though.

on a serious note, not to hijack the thread, but did eclipse start hardware sirius support yet?? I heard a rumor they were going to sometime soon.
On a more serious note.. if you can get a gd on the Clarion AV headunit thing (i forget the model number) that could be good

All the ideas sound good so far. The only problem is that we will get a ton of people saying I found this on Ebay/online store for.......Blah blah blah and it turns into a mess. Most of you that posted already know me and I run my business. Legit. Everything is first hand and fully covered by warranty. I can do pretty much any setup, provided we dont have a bunch of people jacking the thread. If you found it on Ebay cheaper....buy it. Not trying to sound like a prlck, but the little money that I make here isnt worth arguing with someone about an online store that isnt supposed to be selling the product to begin with.
Keep the ideas coming, figure by Wednesday we can do a poll.

Don. I know that usually you like to keep it to certain products, but I was thinking if we did do a sub/amp/box combo for a group deal, if there could be an option of either getting 1 12 or 2 12's, the box that goes with either you pick, and an amp to push either setup. For example maybe somebody like myself may want 2 Kicker 12L5's, box, and a Kicker 360; whatever (I don't know the models) Then maybe another person may want 1 Kicker 12 L5,box, and a Kicker 160 to push that setup. I hope you catch my drift. The only reason I am suggesting this is because I know there are a lot of maxima owners who don't want to cloud there trunk with a huge box and don't like all that weight addition. Maybe a deal like this will get both types of audio people. The people that want thump and the people that want some nice bass. Just another suggestion.

Sounds like a good idea bud. But since I have no Idea bout car audio. Which setup would give u a nice base. More for House music as opposed to rap u know what I mean?
By the way how much could this run for, approx?

As for cost I'm hoping that Don could keep the numbers between $400 - $500. But this is all up to Don and the products he is thinking about using.
Hope this helps.
Mike.

As for the Viper alarms or Responder (LCD) they are already on GD.
For amps, subs they would need to be one kind, otherwise that would defeat the purpose of a GD.
Keep the ideas coming.

Ok then I suggest that we get a group deal for Kicker 12L5, a box, and Kicker 400.1 Mono block amp. I think this would be a nice sufficient setup that would make people happy with sound and price. Don, maybe you should start the poll today since Christmas is like 2 weeks from tomorrow. Keep the ideas coming everyone.

Don, can you match prices from www.thezeb.com ? They offer a 1 year warranty on all of their products.

How about a Place Racing CAI GD. That'd be sweet. A group deal on subs/speakers is a waste, there are so many places that sell so many types of speakers/subs that it's just pointless. Performance parts are always a catchy GD. Especially ones that don't come up very often.

Without even looking, I will say no. I will not even try. What they offer is regardless. They are not authorized dealers of what they sell and therefore you do not know what you are getting. Ie: refurb, grey market,b-stock,stolen,etc. Dont take offense, but if the manufacturer says NO ONLINE SALES and they are still doing it theres a problem. Especially when you contact the manufacturer and they tell you "Umm sorry never heard of them".

The Alpines...maybe. RF no, I try to stay away from them, although I can easily access them I do not buy their products.
