No, the deal is still on, apparently until the end of the month. Email Bryan. From what I know the K&N filters are on back order and once they are in he will send me the whole kit. Good luck!

Any infamous low-range torque loss on the 3.0L engine? Congrats, can't wait to get mine!

Not that I have noticed it feels a little stronger overall the sound it give at wide open throttle is worth the price of admission cant wait to my y pipe comes in then I think there should be a more noticeable power gain.

Hey guys, it sound like nice day to install the recently chromed Berk Midpipe, but before I start, does anyone has a write-up or instruction for the installation, even if it's obvious where the pipe connect, let's say I dont want to assume and guess, and like the old addage says, " Better by safe than sorry " I can be reach at: dblea@videotron.ca

Cheers

Make sure you have some KY or Vaseline for the couplers before you start. Getting the couplers on the MAF and the Intake manifold are near impossible without one of these.

Hey guys, I finally installed the mid pipe, it was done it in about 25 minutes. I put a little Vaseline like Virus suggest, and push medium hard to fit the coupler. The bracket no longer fit, no big deal I'll figure something.

Thanks

I struggled for an hour trying to get the couplers on. I couldn't drive to the store because, well the intake wasn't on. A little KY later and it went on smooth as silk.

Got my Berk Intake installed yesterday. Sounds absolutely awsome at WOT. Simple to install (yes a little elbow grease helped with the couplers) 30 min total. Thanks Bryan for a great product.

I was wondering, do you have to have an extension (8" or so) to reach some bolts? My friend told me that I would need one. I was planning to do the install, but don't know if I should go out and buy the extension first.

Also, do you need that bracket to secure the MAF to the car frame? It looks like some of the installs don't have them on there and I was wondering if I should make one somehow and secure it. Thanks for your help.

What extension are you talking about? The bracket can be used but other don't really bother with it. The intake is very light because it's all aluminum so it really can support itself up.

I was talking about a socket wrench extension to reach some bolts to take off the airbox. But disregard my post, I installed it today and I didn't really need a long extension, but a wrench would have helped. Anyways, thanks for the response.
