Is this the gathered seat? Would the flat perforated insert fit really tight on the seat?

Do you have a two tone insert example on this same seat or if you can show what the two tone would cover on the seat?

Yes thats the gathered version. If you went flat it would be nice and smooth. Below are the 2 tone schematics. The door panels are not 2-tone just 1 solid color even though the schematic shows it as 2-tone its not.
