hey sadice, quick question, do we need to get 21 people committed by the 14th? or do we all have to pay by the 14th? just wanted to know

i'm not the one doing it so i don't know ask budha56 i just want one for myself and trying to keep it organized ..... i don't even know if he heimself wants one too if yes than we need less people ....
