quick question....once i buy this screen, its ready to be installed? im only paying 180$ for a screen...can i watchjm movies on it? im confused..sorry im a newbie....also i have a 5tth gen.....i need to do all of that fiberglassing n **** to fit it in my car?

Have the microvision in with the power acoustik dvd player (which sucks) anyway I can cut the dvd player's cigarette adapter and cut the wire that attaches to the back of the cig lighter and wire it permanently to that? Not a smoker so have no use for the cig lighter anyway.Or any other way I could run power to it?

 

OK, My order was slightly delayed and will be to me this friday I was told. I ordered 10 screens. 6 of them are spoken for. so 4 are left.

 

Just tap that wire, no need to cut it.

hey ive got a question. i notice you have the wires running down into the seats. did you remove the fabric covers? also, do you have any kind of how-to on the install? thanks

guttermouf I put a small slit in the top of the seat cover and fished the wires through the seat with a hanger

corey u said u had raw screens as well....are they exactly the same as the ones u ship except without the frame? or are they a lil different...in terms of specs, size etc....because i already got a few from you..i need just one more to match another head rest...all i need is the raw screen itself since for the other headrest i took apart the whole assemply and just used teh raw screen

 

naw i wont be at the bbq. ill let you kno when i get the money for the tv im going to make some other mods to my car first

 

Yes I have the raw screens also , but the only thing is they are more expensive. I don't know why but the manufacturer sells them for like 30. more

How does this tv looks like when there is music playing and no DVD. Is it just black or does it show the track information? I don't want to have a screen and have a 2din blackness when dvd player is not on.
If it shows anything, could you take a picture of that?
