In most cases it takes 1-2 weeks to ship once the order is made. Once you order we then place our order with Injen. Once we receive this order we then ship it to you via 3 day service.

I still have not received the Injen as of today and was wondering if it was shipped. You stated that on Monday morning, my order was processed. If it was, can you give me the tracking number? Thanks.

Is it a fitment issue or is it just the air temp sensor? I had a little fitment issue, but I fixed it. Let me know.

They should really change the differences between the 1925 and 1930

well for me, the temp sensor doesnt fit in the hole in the intake like it is supposed to. the intake expects it to be screwed in but on the stock one it is only held in by a grommet. also the intake itself is a lil bit too long for it to be screwed into the engine block like it wants to. the rod ur supposed to clamp down doesn't quite reach the bolt on the block. it functions in my car like it is just fine right now. it doesn't move around much at all, but of course it would be better (especially visually) if it fit correctly.

Just off the phone with Injen...

If you are having a problem with the fitment of your intake call them directly. I know one of you stated that you called Injen and they were unwilling to help. I talked with the VP today and needless to say he is not to happy about the response you recieved. He has asked you to call and let them know what is going on. They have told me that they are aware of this issue, and have a replacement part for you that need it. Give them a call and they will be happy to help you.

Thanks again for the business guys! Let me know if you need anything.

This is your previous message...

"I just called Injen. They said that I have to return it to the seller."
- I have been told they do not tell any customer this.

They said they would give you a refund if you sent it back to them stating that the years are wrong on their site.
- This is also incorrect, When I talked to the Vp of Injen, he told me that they already have a replacement part for the section that does not fit correctly. Injen never tells customers to return intakes for a refund.

I told you that I would contact the warehouse and see what they wanted to do. I also told you that they would probably send out a call tag for the intake. Once I called the warehouse they told me to contact Injen and get answers from them. I have done this and posted the answer for your problem. I have been told that the problem does not stand with me, but with them and they have a cure for you. I am sorry that you decided to order another intake before the problem was resolved.
