GD: $90 Shipped Motostorm UDP Pulley Paypal Preferred
#801
Well I forgot to buy a new oil seal so I just left the old one in and there is no leak at all from what I see. The ps belt(410) that I bought from napa did not even come close to fitting(I dont think that I tried hard enough) so I just used the stock one and the ac/alt belt I used was the 410 and it worked like a charm. Since I have had my timing adv to 17 and this udp I notice a difference in the low rpms and high rpm. Couldnt go wrong for 70 bucks. THANKS AGAIN CALE!!!!! Tell me when you are ready for the next one.

to keep this thread on topic, please pm me regarding guage rings. do not post any more questions about them in this thread. thanks.
what the hell, i haven't heard back from uncle sprinty on being able to start a new thread in the GD's but the deal is open now...pay immediately and receive as you pay. they are in stock and brett is not requiring a minimum number of ppl to purchase. email me and i will see if i can find the pics of the rings. please use the same paypal address for now and include the same info as on the pulleys...

Forgot to post here, but I got my Motostorm UDP put on at a meet a couple weeks ago and I can definitely say it is worth every penny of the $90. My max is sooo much more responsive now. The power is just there right when you get on it.
Between this and my VB mod, my auto is feeling much much better now. I actually enjoy it now instead of wishing I had a 5spd everyday.
Anywho, just thought I'd drop in some feedback. Thanks again Motostorm.
Oh yeah, and no problems either with oil leaks, CELs, etc.
Thanks,
drew

Do you know when you guys will offer one for the 04' Max? I'm just seeing this thread so I'm not sure if one has been made. But if you do have a UDP (or plan on making one) that definietly fits the 04' Max.... I would be down to get one....
Thanks
Thanks

Yes they do...just not advertised as the maxima pulley. here we go again...brett has the pulleys in stock now, but he is waiting on the timing rings needed for the 3L's. He expects them to be in by next friday at the latest. once those are in, then the new deal will start. i will post the new details, and since i can't get the mods to allow me a new GD thread, it will be in this one again...it will be very long i am sure...no new posts should be needed. i think all the questions on the pulley were beat to death already in this thread. look forward to helping you guys out again. ttys.

Ok guys...here is the deal. Sorry I have to post this in the same thread as before, but that is the only option. I will post the details this one time. Any questions you may have were probably answered in the 28 pages of repetitive questions already, so please search and READ THE POSTS...most info is in the first 6 pages and more in the 16-18 page range if I recall correctly. The new deal is the same as the original deal...$90 shipped parcel post. If you kept up on the last GD you probably saw that some people had issues with the length of time parcel post took. You can request DHL for an additional charge...you have to contact Brett when you pay and request him to send it DHL with tracking instead of parcel post (no tracking, and glaciers melt faster than it gets to you). If things change with that I will update everyone. The pulleys are ready and this deal will last until August 2nd. These pulleys are top quality, and made in the USA. The inexpensive pulleys on ebay are knock offs from UR and a few other's. The quality control on these Motostorm pulleys is superb. Each one is made to factory spec and tolerances and checked and balanced before shipping. You also have some recourse if you have any issues, versus trying to deal with ebay and paypal to get money back on a part you bought and it failed several months later.
Some things I recommend:
buy new belts (you can use one of the old ones, but the other will need to be replaced) belt sizes are discussed several times during this thread, so don't ask again...please!buy a new crank seal gasket...get it at the dealer for $5. I feel better knowing that the parts that are involved are all new, but it is your decision.
if you plan on doing it yourself, an impact wrench is recommended and make sure you have some tech knowlege and not just think it's easy. you will spend hrs looking/deciphering descriptions of where to look for what. if you take the easy way out, it will probably cost between 20-100 to have it installed depending on who you take it to and your relationship with them.
Ok the Payment Details:
Send $90 paypal to PHSInvent@aol.com
Please make sure to include:
You are part of the ORG GD
ORG Name
Year Maxima/Motor (3L needs timing ring)
Real Name
Address
Phone (in case there are any shipping issues)
AND DON'T FORGET TO REQUEST DHL SHIPPING IF YOU CAN'T WAIT FOR THE PART. It will be an additional charge for this request.
Parcel Post can at times take up to 3 weeks to deliver even over short distances
Let your friends with 6th Gen's, Alti's, 350's, and G35's that this pulley will work with their application also. Thanks guys and look forward to helping with this again. Anyone who has bought or who buys a pulley, please add to my Seller rating. Enjoy the pulleys!
