^^^Sent you an email for my second tracking #. Why is getting these parts such a PITA?

 

ImportCarParts is full of ****, how do you tell a returning customer that their product will be shipped in 7days(from the original purchase date 4/1/05), then wait until 4/19/05 to tell me the same thing??? And when I called them to see why it hasn’t been shipped (now 5/2/05), he tells me there was a problem with the address (33days to find that out!!!). Then on 5/10/05, saying it’ll be here in 3-4days. My question is after 3 promises, where in the hell are my Tein H-tech springs??? How much can one take before I have to somebody??

And if you guys notice dealership and vender experiences forum, you’ll see others who with similar problems.

 

We have recently changed dealers for the Tein Springs. Yours was one of the last orders from the warehouse that we are not dealing with anymore. And we don't deal with them because of problems like this. I will get you the tracking tomorrow. They have finally shipped from what I was told today.

Justin do you own ImportCarParts?? If I were you, I would seriously work on consumer service because it becoming more and more like Frankencar. Give people detail answers (if any problems) along tracking for shipments from the start, I think that would be a great way to start. That's all where asking.

Things like this produce a loss in business!!!!! Sad to say.

 

This is what I am saying also. He tells people to email him to get the tracking info then he doesn't reply. I am disappointed to say the least in this whole deal. I just want my products so this **** will end and I don't have to babysit my order and call long distance 5+ times to find out where it is.

progress springs still not here..

 

Justin: I emailed you and left you a voicemail and now I am writing this post:

I called Progess myself today and they let me know that the springs are being powdercoated right now (10 days they said) then they will have to be shipped to your warehouse in Michigan (another 5 days) then the springs have to come back to the West coast to get to me (another 5 days)

So I would like a refund for the springs ($165) and I will still take the Illuminas as I got them this past Friday. Please let me know.

 

thats terrible news about the progresss springs..i will call soon for a refund as well..20 days is just too long
