Exedy is a JDM Product. I remember someone telling me that Greddy owns them and they used to be Daikin Clutches. They're a pretty big company from Japan.

Holy freakin crap thats cheeeeaaapppp! I got mine for 282.50 way back in september. I'll chime in and say its a great clutch. Ive run many bottles spraying a 75shot and its held up nicely, never slipping (knock on wood). Ive got roughly ~16K miles on it so far...

Dont be dumb, ****** these up people!!!

Can this clutch handle a supercharged maxima without slipping or would
i stand a better chance getting a stage 2 clutch.

If anyone might be interested, I have a groupbuy going for Fidanza Light weight flywheels if you are dropping your tranny to change your clutch and want some more power this is the great mod.

well, 99Maxima5sp sprays 75 shot of NOS without any slipping. I wouldn't know though if 75 shot of NOS would equal the power of a SC.

Actually, i think its more of a shock to the tranny/clutch than a S/C'er. Think about it, when your S/C'ed, esp in the max, you have to build boost, its gradual. V1/V2's dont see peak boost till almost at redline, meanwhile im getting 75 INSTANTANEOUS horsepower at the touch of a button. If it can handle my shot, it can surely handle boost.

Oh, and BTW, my buddy had the ACT Stage 1 (equivalent to this clutch) on his S/C'ed max and it held 9psi w/out any problems...

Any of these left? How long about will shipping take? I don't need it right away but would like to know when to expect it. Also, when paypaling, should I just make a note that it is for the maxima.org exedy stage 1 GD or something? Thanks. I will paypal you as soon as I know if you've still got some.

I have 3 on hand. 2 of them are reserved for 98se5spd and Andrey (KAPLCOH96). So I only have one for sale left. I will hold the other 2 for 98se5spd and Andrey until monday next week then those will also become first come first serve.

I ship the next day after payment is made.

For now, I dont think so. Once I sell these, thats it. I'll try to see if I can get the company to do another GD but not sure for now.
