mad-max98: They do come pre-cut, but they are oversized for installation error. It is just more expensive if you want us to program the Gerber machine and have it cut them out (and you still have to trim them) then to just send a yard of vinyl.

blackmax_kid: Typically the installation is around $400.00. Although I have heard of installs costing as much as $650.00 on the east coast.

maxilvr06: Not a problem. Just email BillC@leatherseats.com your name, address, and the colors that you would like to see.

Man74: Peforated leather door inserts are $125.00 shipped. That color is called Puddy. If the perforation is not a must have, a yard of Puddy vinyl is $20.00 shipped. We can't perforate vinyl so the leather is the reason for the bug jump in price.

alright, i basically want what triple8sol got (pictured in post #286), but with sandstone on the outer edges and door inserts, and driftwood for the seat inserts...

so to break the price down:
Seats: $589.00
Two Tone: $20.00
Two 'Maxima' logos: $40.00
Perforated Inserts: $35.00
Installation Kit: $35.00
Shipping: Free
Total: $719.00

Is the above correct? I'm not ready to order yet, but when i am, it will be exactly like i listed....but i was just wondering: is it possible to get the gathered door inserts rather than the flat? I saw on the website that the door inserts on the 00/01 max are gathered, while the 02/03 inserts are flat....aren't they the same thing?

Yeah, I have been saving money since last Christmas, for a South American vaction, y-pipe and something else. Well I think I found my 'something else'. Could you please extend this?

Does ANYONE have this on a 6 Gen MAX>?? Asked a while ago, and wondered if any of you guys that have a 6 gen have pics you can post? Thanks.. I really wnat to get these, in dual tone.. Also i know this has been asked a bunch of times, but just for common knowledge, How really Hard is this to install yourself.. Any special tools needed? I know you have to remove the seats to do most of the install, and thats fine, but again how REALLY difficult is this to do by yourself.. I am pretty tool 'savy' so bare with be on the questions... Thanks you guys...

Sorry I've been away from .org for a while, looks like a lot of questions were asked. I'll try my best to answer all of them.

95MaxSE_White: The steering wheel re-wrap is $249.00 for a OEM quality hand wrapped wheel. Our hand wrapped wheels come with a one year warranty. We also sell wheelskins products, those are $49.00.

LA02MAX: Your pricing is correct. The difference between the two door inserts are that the gathered ones are sewn, and the non-gathered ones are just a piece of vinyl. Unfortunately, the gathered inserts are discontinued since almost everyone requested the non-sewn inserts. However, any trim shop with sewing capabilities can make the inserts gathered.

MAXIMA-GHOST: We have sold a few 6th gen kits, but not to anyone on this forum. They all went out to dealerships. If you are good at taking things apart and putting them back together, then the install should be no problem. It is time consuming, but it isn't very difficult. Our installation guide on our website, www.leatherseats.com should give you a good idea as to what is involved with the installation process.

96nismomaxi: Yes! Colored stitching is normally an additional $20.00, but is FREE with the special pricing!

97WhtSE: Page 7 has the last pricing. It ended last month, however I will be extending it!

SixxOne: Yes! I will extend the special sale!

I am extending this deal until September 23rd, basically Turkey day, but we will be closed on that day and probably that Friday as well!

MAXIMA-GHOST: I'm sure that we will be running something around that time. Our prices are supposed to go up at the end of this quarter, so the prices might be a little higher, but should be comparable.

Tim96I30t: It is definitely more cost effective to purchase front and rear, but fronts only are retail $579.00. I can do them for $489.00 shipped.

nismo0604: Thanks! Your 5th gen is sick!

chillin014: They are $49.00 and you have to sew them on. It is actually quite easy to do. They come with the needle, thread, and instructions.

Are there holes already there for me to sew through? It seems like an awkward position to sew at.
do you provide the string too?
For the steering wheel leather. Otherwise ill have to buy a new wheel because this leather is peeling bad.

I'm looking at putting leather into my '02 as well. I'd definitely be interested in a group buy if they do one again. Hmmm, I just noticed that Bill said they have an installer in Colorado Springs too.

You can still place orders with them over the phone, just not group deal price, only about $100.00 more plus shipping

I have a 1999 Maxima. I have the side impact airbags and heated seats. I also have an I30 rear seat with headrests. I need tan with dark brown piping. Are the door inserts piped? Can i order an extra I-30 headrest cover making 3 total? Please email me a price.
