Yes, you can still get in on this deal. There are ones A32 (1997) ones available.

These mirrors will ship by UPS as soon as I receive them.

So these still have not shipped out yet.
Looks like they wont be going out this week huh? With them going out next week theres a good chance we will not recieve them by Christmas with mail being so backed up due to the holidays.
O'well. Nothing we can do but wait.

I'm sorry to report that they have not been sent out yet. I have yet to receive the mirror shells. I have a tracking number for them but they haven't arrived yet. I'm assuming that because of the holidays, there is a delay.

I'm very sorry.

I dont see that happening. It seems theres to much time and money involved and not enough interest, at least not enough people interested that will actually pay for them.
The bad thing about creating these custom parts is that a lot of money go into them, they take time to produce and people are always impatient and when they are finally made available no one wants to pay the price for them. Everyone wants custom parts made quickly and for as cheap as possible.

I hear yah. Its kinda sad. We all say we want these things but in the end. Half of the interested people never pay. BUt maybe every1 who is interested could put down a deposit. They we would see who is really interested.

just got mine today, they look pretty good. something that came to my attention is they're not as shiny as my door pillars, and when i temporarily fixed them on my mirrors, i thought i got the wrong one and was sent the 4th gen, but i made some adjustments and they seem to be right, i'll definately know when i go to mount it. the fitment as far as flowing over the mirrors and following the trim seemed just a tad off, but hopefully when it's fully secured it will fit fine or i can work with it a little. seems to be a little flexible as to where i can work with it. there are minimal nicks and scuffs which i'm sure i could buff a little.......overall great shells, i'm thinking that they are going to go great with the rest of my carbon fiber stuff. thanks a hella lot MaxMojo. i'll get pics as soon as they're on. hope you guys get yours soon!!!

I noticed what I thought were scratches on some of the shells but it turned out to be some dried up resin or something so I let it go. They should clean up nicely once you have them installed. Actually mounting them should make it look and fit better than fitting them on without any tape.

There are still some sets left for anyone who wants to purchase any.

Thank you.

^^^ thanks for letting us know. where exactly do you recommend placing the 2 sided tape, around the edges, or cover the entire inside shell? yeah i think the resin will come off. it seems like it would fit better with the tape.

I will not be making any CF mirror shells w/ turn signals.
You will have to attempt this yourself.

Recieved mine today. I will be installing them tomorrow as well.
I test fitted them and they seem to fit pretty well.
The only thing I dont like about them is the weave seems a little loose and the material used on the backing, which Im assuming is FG is a little thin.
When I was holding them up and to look at them I could see light pass through them.
Im hoping that when I install them my white paint does not show.

Let me get back with you guys on the possible fitment issues I am having. I will try again tonight and report anything. The problem is, there isn't a whole lot of play with these things, and I didn't want to break them. I'll keep you guys posted.

Flavor, I don't think you will be able to see anything through the fibers when they are installed. I know what you are talking about though.

I have installed mine, but will need to remove them and install them again. They didnt come out the way I would like.
The passenger side fits pretty decent, but the driver side is way off.
I can post pics if you want, but remember I will be redoing the install most likely tommorrow,
