Re: Warpspeed, just ask for the maxima.org discount - they won't give you the group price unless you say the magic word ("maxima.org").
I would have maybe popped for Budget's stainless steel version, but then again, I still have the original exhaust (except for the muffler) on my 98 Maxima, so maybe stainless steel isn't a big deal, and I sure as heck don't much care what it LOOKS like, and saving $60 is OK with me, all else being equal.

Budget SS Y pipe
Depending on the price I may be interested on a Budget SS y pipe for a 99 CA specs, it must be SS as per in NY pipes get rusted and corroded the first day of rain or snow.
Do anybody knows if the MPG will be decreased like many people say? because I drive 100 miles per day and if this affects fuel economy probably won't be interested anymore.

OK I GOT THIS FROM MOTORVATE.CA THIS GUY WROTE ABOUT A BUDGET STAINLESS STEEL Y PIPE: "It gave me +18 HP, and +19 foot-lbs of torque at the wheels. "
AND HAS THE DYNO HERE: http://www.motorvate.ca/auto/maxima/...-pipe_dyno.htm
IM GETTING BUDGET, HE SAID: "after reading much about the Y-PIPE and the amazing gains, I purchased a mandrel bent, stainless steel y-pipe from Budget Exhaust, for $250, or about $165 US. "
IM DOWN WITH THIS....

The look doesn't matter; only if you are building a 100% showroom car; but I still rather getting SS for long lasting from rust and corrosion in NY. The aluminium one won't last me half the time. So will keep saving up for the SS; anyway my stock one is still good. But if we get a good price might buy it now.
