The side skirts will be $320 shipped for the 4th or 5th gens. You would need to give us a call to place an order for these. The delivery time on these is 7-10 business days but you all will receive an E-mail as soon as it ships. The urethane pieces do not come painted. I ordered last friday, I was told it would ship within 2 business days, and well, it's been just about a week now, and still nothing, no emails, no tracking numbers, no responses..... this is also the 2nd time I've asked when it was going to ship...

they will ship to a different address than the CC... the one time I did hear from them about my kit, they called me to make sure it wasn't fraud (since I am shipping to a different address)... I'm glad theyre atleast watching out for that

 

If the package is going to a business it is fine. It might tack on a couple days for delivery time if it is going to a residential address.

 

Our Stillen order left yesterday and "usually" we see it the day after. If we get it tomorrow, we will ship tomorrow and still have it to you within 7-10 business days. I apologize for missing your earlier post.

That's the shipping company. They are very fast and are pretty good. Never had a problem with them

DHL is the worst company in the ****ing world and stillen is a close second. I ordered a full kit on October 15. Stillen put the wrong address on the box and DHL lost it. The ****ed up thing is that stillen wants me to wait and see if DHL can find it. i've been patiently waiting for over a month and stillen is not trying to do anything to make up for their mistake. now that DHL finally admitted to not knowing where the packadge is, we filled a claim so that stillen can get there money. so now i'm thinking ok stillen will send me a new one right away. nope..... now these ****ers is telling me that they don't have another kit and they have to make one for me and it will take 7 - 10 business days. I'm so pissed. i was suppose to get my kit painted this week. what happened to the costumer is always right??? IF you order from stillen, tell them not to use DHL cause DHL loses a lot of packages, i'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with DHL. I'm never ****ing with stillen again

 

Damn ! That's messed up. Not a good way of doing buisness Stillen! With so many members here reading stuff like this you think they would have worked something out with you from the very begining. They put the wrong address down and then DHL loses it ? You should have a new kit sent out a couple days later. Keep us updated, i will be purchasing a kit soon but not from Stillen if this is how they treat there customers.

 

you know, even UPS and FEDEX messes up sometimes.
I myself use UPS a lot for my cell phone business, and i gotta tell you that sometimes i get shipment of phones ordered by a different store!

All i'm trying to say is that every company has some issues of their own, after all we ain't perfect. Just cuz they messed up bad once doesn't mean they will mess up everytime.

i'm putting some faith in dhl, i just ordered my front lips, let's hope everything goes ok.

By the way i wrote a different shipping address than the one that is confirmed from paypal, it is my store's address, thus a business address, would there be any problems with this?

 

No....DHL sucks...
You have a business and you yourself do not use DHL. Those other companies that you mentioned do make mistakes but correct them promptly. DHL recently bought AIR BORNE and aquired more that they can handle. I hope you recieve you front lip on time. They specifically told me that it could only be shipped to the address on the credit card used. So we did so and they still messed it up. I wanted to ship to a different address but couldn't. Even when we caught on that they had the wrong address, we called to correct the address 3 times which they comfirmed that it was corrected 3 times and that i should be recieving it soon. But its been a month now and only 2 days ago did they finally comfirm that its lost. Stillen uses DHL because they have the cheapest prices. An stillen admits to having a lot of lost items with them in the past. What does that say about stillen?

We have maybe 1 package per week at the absolute most lost by DHL and we ship out roughly 50-75 a day. We mark all packages signature required on most orders over $100. We have another Stillen order scheduled to arrive to us tomorrow so if you ordered last week up to Thursday your parts should be shipping tomorrow.

 

I'll be honest I don't know why our prices are so much higher. We do all of our pricing strategies based off percent and all Stillen pieces are set at the same percent. Stillen may have a ton in stock and is trying to get rid of them.

Just checking to see if anyone has received their order yet and how long did it take. My car got hit Thanksgiving eve and it's in the shop, so I'm hoping I'll get mine in time for the body shop to paint it and put it on the car for me.

 

I got mine last wednesday... I ordered the first day of the group deal.. it should be ready to be put on my car by this wednesday
