I would like the clear LEDs. Do they brake a nice,dark red? Even in bright daylight? Often times clear lights that brake red look washed out or even pink?

I think this was asked but the mounting holes line up 100% with the stock SE spoiler, yes?

Are all 4 legs used for mounting?

What does this guy weigh? Is the trunk still easily popable and liftable? The aftermarket spoiler on my '96 weighs a ton and the trunk is way too heavy. The stock spoiler on my '99 is very light and the trunk functions fine.

Yes, the amount is $120.

The LEDs light up red, they don't look pink at all to me.

I don't know the answer for the mounting holes. No customer has ever provided me with a 100% answer.

2 legs are used for mounting, you can use all 4 I think.. That's a personal preference.

The weight of the spoiler plus the box is 11 lbs.

I just had mine painted, but cant install it till Tuesday. I also had the shop paint the brake light translucent red, free of charge. All in all it came out good and paint matched perfectly. I will post pics once I have it installed on Tuesday night. Thanks for the great deal MaxMojo. I will leave you positve feedback.

MaxMoJo... theres a problem with my shipment... i called UPS and they told me that i had to contact you about it, i had sent you another email concerning this situation.

 

There should be no problem with your shipment. The message you received means I had created the shipment online and dropped off at the UPS store. It will show that until an actual UPS driver scans it in. They may have just picked it up and not scanned it so, it will show up at its first stop along the way.

My tracking number states there was a reschedule in the shipping so was there something wrong?

 

Not sure what that means.

 

Mine says that too. All it means is if UPS first predicted your package would be to you on the, say, 9th but now it is the 10th, they call it a 'reschedule'.

As promised here are my pics of my recently installed Type-X Spoiler. I could only take them at night. Sorry if not enough light but thats the best I could do before the camera ran out of battery. Im happy with the results including the Red LED brake light. Fitment was good. Although trying to run the wire to one of the legs was a b!tch.

Got mine getting it painted ASAP but another NOREASTER might be coming not sure when I'll mount it, thank Harry for this awesome deal!!!

 

spoiler looks great i can't wait to get mine and get it painted and mounted....

 

Received mine yesterday. Looks good. The quality looks good and it was packaged very nicely. Without taking my stock SE spoiler off, I did a rough measurement and it appears that on both the stock and Type X, the two inner legs are 2' apart center to center so I am assuming the stock holes will work.

My only complaint is that the Type X doesn't use the outer legs to mount so now I will have unnecessary holes under the outer legs. I hope it will be water tight.
