oh thats right. but even though they are water proof, i'd prefer to have them in a place where they would receive as least water as possible and not be shaking around and what not. what kelvin temps do you have in h3? have any 4th gen owners bought h3 kits from you? i'd like to see how they look in our housings. thanks

alright cool. there probably wont be an easy place to mount the ballasts/igniters ABDomega, you'll just have to create a place. i used the double sided sticky tape that came with mine, and it works good. i have one right behind the headlight housing on the passenger side, and the one behind the drivers side is stuck onto the fuse box. hope that could be of some help even though i dont know how the 5th gen engine bay looks

Add wire to them and thread it up to your engine bay. Then put the 3m velcro pieces (one on the ballast and one on the car ie. let's say on the side of the battery) and stick it to it. This way your headlight and foglight ballast will be together. I guess make sure you mark them so you you'll know which one is which just in case you forget and won't have to run along the wires to find out.

Same goes for the other side as well. Stick it somewhere behind the headlight nice and snug and attatch the velcro.

Ok, I guess I'll have to figure that out on my own. But when you plugged it in, did you just turn it on, or did you do the cold ignition start for 10 minutes to stabalize the bulb first?

Also, does anyone know the quality in the 5th gen housing? I'm afraid it will blind other drivers with either being aimed incorrectly or cause too much glare.

I just got the HID kit. Thank You.
But I need help. I bought the H4 H/L kit for my cefiro's, but I was thinking that the kit was going to have an adapter to plug it into my 9004 headlamp sockets. Do i have to splice the H4 wires into my 9004 sockets? Right now I dont have any working headlights and need help ASAP because its already dark out. I really need to get this working, thanks.

What do you mean by "aim them properly"? What is proper?

Has anyone installed the hi/lo H4 kit in their 5th gen? I will gladly pay you money for a write up. I just know I will mess this up if I try to tackle it myself. It's less simple than the regular kit.

ABDomega, i meant put your car like 10-15 feet from a garage door, then aim them from there. there really isnt a "proper" way to aim them, but aim them low enough so you dont blind oncomers, but still having enough light thats on the road. you have a hi/lo kit, so the lo wont be as bright as just having a single beam. i wish i could be more help on the install of the kit. have you asked in the 5th gen forum?

Ok, if the regular upgrade is plug and play and hi/lo requires splicing into the relays then I'm going to return this thing. I don't want to deal with this.

hi there everyone. For those who is asking about the installation of the h4 high and low beam, its easy..Sentinal was trying to install the H4 in a 9004 application cause he order the kit like that. There is tons of people who got the h4 dual and installed without any problem. We will do our best to help sentinal on the installation.

The thing is that, this is not a conversion kit. Its a plug and play kit. Like H4 to H4, and 9004 to 9004. I needed the H4 bulbs because I have cefiros.
The problem im having is explained in more detail in this thread:

I'm still going to need help in installing the H/L H4 kit. How can it be plug and play if the H/L scheme involves connections through the relays?

some cars needs relays some others dont. for the h4 dual kit doesn´t need it if you install the kit exactly as the manual says.
