1. What is the warranty on these kits?
2. I never got the help you had promised but I finally got it fixed thanks to a local member. Now both my highs and lows work without a problem.

Here are a couple pix of my H4 6000k H/L kit in my cefiros

With your second picture, is that one or two headlights working? I just bought my cefiros and I was interested in putting some HID's in them as well. But instead of 6k of was going to go with the 7k kit. Are the hi/lo's worth the money? And looking at your lights, they seem pretty white. I was thinking the 6k kit would be a little more blue or purple that that....

They have a very small hint of purple. And the picture is with both headlights on. The highbeams are really not worth it, I will post pics of the highbeams sometime later.

if youre looking for more blue, go with 7k man. check out my homepage for pics of the 7000k kit. they look great. IMO, you really wont need a high beam, personal preference i guess.

hi there people, well its after the people installed hid on the cars is really not necessary the high beam due the great light on the road with the normal hid´s systems. I have sold more than 98 kits on the org for low beam and just 2 kits for high beam for request, everybody knows that i recomend the low beam kit before order in that way im sure about what i offer you. Sentinal i sent a few emails with the installation info i think you never got it im so sorry about to hear that.

The 6000k and the 7000k are the best sellers here on the maxima.org and of course around the internet.

well the 6000k kit is white-blue, the 9000k blue-purple and the 12000k is complet purple, it depends of what do you want, the output of the 12000k is 1600 lumens so the light is not great like 6000k, 7000k.

Don't be fooled. High beams are very much needed. I thought the same thing but trust me you need your highs. If you didn't need your highs, all these newer cars with HIDs wouldn't have them, but the simple fact that they come with either bi-xenon projectors or a seperate light for high beams indicates that they are still important.

yeah IMO I won't like to see my car without headlights anytime soon, so I went for Bi-xenon just in case I will need it...

Another thing is how many times do you use your high ????

hi!!
i am interested in this group deal, and i would like th 12k. i read up there that the 12k is pure purple, but my brother has 12k and they are really bright blue. why is that? and also, can anyone tell me what's the wattage on the porsche's hids? because i also like that one since they are really pure bright white.

and you know, since 4th gen maxs dont have factory hid's, what brand are these hids, cuz down here in miami is a hassle since the cops are always behind old cars with these kits, thinking they might be stolen, so if i get them, i wouldnt wanna be in no trouble. and another thing, my cousin has a 01 accord with projector headlamps, how do they fit there and how do they work, since there are 4 projector holes? she has been told that they wouldnt fit, but i thought it'll be better to ask the experts.

"maximagirl", you wouldnt want 12k HID's for driving. The higher you go in kelvins (k) the more color you have but the less light output. And 12k is extreme. I have Porsche HID's for sale they are 4300K, and your local, PM me if you want them.

please, do not get 12k, you will be blinding everyone coming you're way, and putting no light out on the road to help your vision. That color of the light is extreme like sentinal said. stick with 6000-7000k, especially since the 4th gen headlamp housing wasn't designed for HIDs as is. You can check out my homepage for pics of the 7000k kit that i bought from maximabest.

and yaco max, you're exactly right. if you live out in the country with little road lighting, you'll be using your highs more. even with my halogen bulbs, i never really used my highs. For me, it would have been a waste of money to pay for the bi-xenon. It all depends on how you'd use them. Sometimes i wish i could have them though, just for the fact that oncomers sometimes bright me, and i'd like to bright them back

hey, those pix are nice. is the picture that makes them look like that or are they really that blue? because that's the finish im looking for, that strong tint of blue. i really hate the purple tint. i'd rather go strong blue or super pure white.

they are really that blue. Thats whyi went with 7000k over 6000k because i want more of a head-turning color for my HIDs. You wont be dissapointed with them

you can check out ebay, they'll have pics of 12k, not the same kit as maximabest is selling though. 12K would be for a show car or something, not something you'd actually use on the road. 7000k will light up the road for you, and create a look like no other. My friends know it's me at night, they'll flash me to let me know they see me. Maximabest sells a great product with great customer service

hi there everyone after some internet problems or some seller frustated hacker im back.

Well maximagirl you should get the 7000k, the color and lightoutput is amazing, so you will be fine with that. You can order from us anytime. The price is on the page 1 of this thread. Aslo the porsche has 4300k philips d2s 85122 bulbs and 85126 d2r in other cars and brands. Sometimes 5300k + code bulbs but its weird to see it.

gsumax we will be open cause maxima.org still send orders to us so you can be saving some money for the kit.

Best Regards, and see you soon.

well, they sent my brother to court because he had hids on and they stopped him saying that since his car didnt bring them from factory it was illegal. and since he bought the car like that he didnt have receipts for them, so they didnt believe him and thought they were stolen, so now he has to show up at court in june. those ****** are always looking for something to **** u up.

thats bogus. although people do steal the hids out of the 2k2-2k3 maximas A LOT. i would be pissed off though if that happened to me. the worst i've had so far is when i was stopped for no front plate in the daytime, the cop was like "those headlights sure are blue." even on a sunny day, you can see my lights coming your way. which is why i back maximabests' product 110%

this question might have been asked already, but if you have two bulbs, one for low and one for high, how do you get hid for the high beam?? do you need a second hid kit or can you splice into the hid kit that you bought for the low beam???

yes i got it and reply to you maxallmylife.

maxser well all the cars with hid equiped has 2 bulbs on each headlight, one for high beam(halogen) and one with hid for low beam. Also the bixenon projector allow the cars to have one bulb and the projector work for the high and low beam option.

So if you want to put hid on high and low beams you need 2 kits. I think that was your quesion.

here is the pic of the 9000k kit.

hey maximabest, has anyone talked to you about the hids sometimes not lighting up? I bought an H3 6000k kit from you a couple months ago and they look great but sometimes one side doesn't lightup. If i turn the lights off and on again it'll lightup, but occasionally it won't on the first try. Do you know what might be wrong? Thanks!
