Would you be able to add the Illuminas (for the whole Tokico kit) to the GD? If so, how much extra?

If you can get it i'd recommend it. I got this kit last year from CM for 550 dollars Illuminas + tokico springs - after some confusion with the springs validity (color changed to red and now blue it seems) anyway, rid is awesome, very nice handling. Though I have yet to really test them with the stock rims, still riding my 18's

hm... that's a good price. Has anyone purchased this item within ebay or not?..
I just like the part where they claim it doesn't make the ride bouncy... I can only have an aftermarket suspension upgrade as long as the ride isn't bouncy. Some one recommended that the GR2 would be best for my affordability but I dont want a sorry ride quality. Thumbs up to baughb, thanks for checkin that out for us!

I rock it I used to have Gr-2's and the GC Coils... it sucked. This is 'the' suspension setup before a full coilover setup

Glad you were pleased with our suspension kit. We had a time period where our springs were a different color but we got that corrected and all our springs are royal blue now. Everyone loves how they look.

The suspension kit you see on ebay is a little different then ours. The kit we have was made exclusively for us and even has our name etched on the springs. They were manufactured to work best with tokicos not just thrown together to make a kit. The ones on the auction appear to possibly be generic springs paired with the tokico struts. You can get generic springs real cheap, I have seen them selling for $40 a set. Remember when you buy from ebay it may not be covered by a warranty and make sure you can call them anytime to ask technical questions and they will stand by their products. I have heard quite a few nightmare stories with ebay stores not honoring warranties on tokico struts. (Basically because it is a hassle for them to process warranty returns)

Its hard for us to match ebay stores prices when most of them run it out of their house and don't have to worry about any customer service, warranties, etc. We have 9 employees, 20,000 sq. ft. building, a full time customer service and sales department and will honor any warranty to make sure you are happy with your product. You deal with Custom Enterprise and you will be serviced before and after the purchase. Just my .02.

Make sure you mention you are a member of Maxima.org for a discount.

Hm... well I'd have to wait till the GD on the UDP is done, I'd be happy to purchase the Tokico springs. I'd order them before or after I get the Illuminas but most likely after I get the struts.

I'm a bit confused about the ordering process. In order to get the $149 shipped do we have to wait for 15 persons to commit or can we just call anytime and order?

And from the auction.....
These are brand new in the box a set of 4 ( 2 BB3102, BB3103 front struts and 2 BU2905 rear ) TOKICO ILLUMINA 5 WAY EXTERNALLY ADJUSTABLE struts/shocks and 4 High Performance Tokico Lowering springs with a 1.25 inch drop.

My .02 that its not worth the extra for having your named etched on them. Not to bash your company at all, from what I've read you guys are way above the standard in quality and customer service. I'm just saying, come close to this price even and I'm sure tons of people would jump on it. Once again, just my .02

mm347: You don't need to wait for anyone to commit. With group deals each person who wants to be a part of the group deal calls our sales team to order the kit at the group deal price. We then put you on the list and when the deadline is over we see how many orders there are and that dictates the price. Don't worry your credit card won't be charged until the order ships.

Thanks,
Greg

We are still accepting orders for this group deal. I have 7 orders at the $169 shipped price. Call and place your order today before 5pm Eastern Time to get locked in on this price. Those of you that have asked about Illuminas; At the moment I am only able to give you free shipping on the set along with the springs. UPS ground shipping typicall runs $40-$50 depending on your location.

I have installed an eBay "Tokico" spring and strut kit for a 4th gen owner, and while the Illuminas were genuine Tokico, the springs were a knock-off brand. The CM springs are top-notch, while eBay springs areof questionable origin.

My $0.02...

well talking to tokico it seems that if you get the springs from a tokico dealer and the part is correct ilk 246 the part number should be on the springs
