Since you dont want to reply to any of my PM's. Its been nearly two weeks since you said your mailing out my H3 bulb. I tried to Pm you for tracking info but you always tend to ignore my PM's. My H3 bulb went out 2 weeks ago from exploding in my fog for no apparent reason, and "Maximabest" told me to take a picture of the broken bulb and e-mail it to him and I did just that. I know his kits have a life time warranty and he stated he will send me a new one but he never sent it. What type of seller are you ? If you dont want to honor the warranty on your products I dont think you should state that your products have a life time warranty. I dont think thats right for your customers and I ordered over 5 kits from you and this is how you treat a good customer when it comes to honoring the warranty. I know your products are good but you should take better care of your customers when it comes to honoring the waranty rather than being so eager to sell your products. At this point I dont care if you want to send the bulb or not, I just wanted people to know what to expect incase their HID kit malfunction.

Good day

My honor is to service all my costumer in the best way but sometimes they need to understand that we dont have just one forum or one customer, also other things, right now we are making the booth for automekanica in Mexico so you can see the hard work, my assistance is trying to help me with the forums and sometimes we dont check all the post every day.

You can tell the people your opinion, its fine everyone has the right to say whatever they want as i do too. I apologize to all my costumers for the delay on the emails and parts, THEY UNDERSTOOD like great costumers does, anyway i dont want to be rude or justify my point, just tell my side too.

By the way can you send me the tracking # of the bulb that i request for warranty, as everybody knows the warranty process is simply, we need the failed part to check what happend and then as soon as possible send the new part to our costumer. So the costumer send the part to us for test as all the companies does in different areas.

So if you can please let me know the tracking # that we never got. And then continue with your warranty process

Best Regards,

How can I send a product if you never told me were to send it. I have the PM's you sent me as proof that you never told me to send the bulb back. You just told me to take a picture of the bulb and send it to you. Thats not how you do business

I will also post the PM's as proof so people can know that your lying

Well i explain you how the process is, check your pm for detail. I think you can post some proof but that will not help on the process or make a difference, if you feel fine do it, more than 800 members know our service and also support us every day with orders. I think you dont have to proof anything here, i think is better to focus and resolver you problem asap for you.

BTW people the new 8 orders were shipped today!!! thanks, please check the tracking info.

The mini H3 bulb in my fog went out and when I open the the fog lamp to check the bulb its like the bulb over heated and exploded. I will edit my post

can you please take a picture of your fog light and also the picture of the bulb?

OK I will. Give me your email so I can send pic

info@xenon-shop.com

At this point I dont need your bulb. I Just wanted your customers to know what to expect when something goes wrong with their kits. I will also post this in the venders and dealer forum so the orgers can know about the way you stand by your product.

may i add something sir?

to "me" personally, i never installed HID kit before.
however, i tried on my privous car but it didnt work and ended up paying someone else to do it.

generally speaking, experience is the best "teacher" (at least to me).
i spent all my afternoon figuring out where to mount and how to run the wires(simply coz im not a pro).

sometimes, the hard way is the best way. my installation involved cutting and reconnecting wires due to uncompatible stock rubber parts and that was all.
the rest is just finding a safe, secure and dry spot to mount it.

all u need is a little bit of confidence in yourself...well, u need tools too ...but just think that if someone else can do it, why cant u?

enjoy your kit, post some pics when ur done. deal?

hhhm.. i installed the kit this morning. I did everything correct and mounted the ballasts and igniters correctly, but after i turned the lights on, it wouldnt light on. After couple times of turning it on and off, my foglights bulb exploded and turned off. I'm very frustrated right now, but if you can help me, please give me any advice. thanks =[

sounds weird that foglights exploded, i think too much power being sent to the bulbs(correct me if im wrong).
but if thats the case, the starter and the igniter should have done their job... by the way, both of the bulbs are blown?
