I just got an email back saying that you guys are out of the smaller rings and that "Sorry" if I havent received mine yet and that i should be patient!

What the heck is going on! first I was told that my replacements were shipped out, then I was told I'd have them saturday, then I was told that the tracking info from USPS was unreliable (and I agree with that because I have used them with similar results) and that you cant tell when exactly I woudl get them and then now I am told that you are out of the smaller rings and that the order was never shipped???

I thought perhaps I was being a pain in the **** but this is totally unreasonable!

Having paid for the product, dont you think I deserve a straight answer???
