You aren't unreasonable, just upset.
We shipped you a replacement, if you had not received it, it's likely lost or damaged in the system.
Our response to you - as your email requested but since you want to do it publicly we will - is simply this:
because the product didnt' arrive, we know we shipped it, it's likely lost, if it's lost, we have to wait 1 more week to get more product. that's it, nothing more.

Since some of the responses I was getting were vague (i.e. no tracking info etc) I decided to put this up on the ORG
I wanted to make sure it wasnt some lazy employee replying to my emails. I have heard nothing but good things about you here on the boards so wanted to make sure you were yourself aware of what was going on.
I also have no intentions on damaging your reputations on the boards.
I was just excited that I had finally bought the DDE's and wanted to put them on my car ASAP and see how they looked.
I don't have any thing personally against you.
