Deal or no deal.
Just got my Max just joined... i saw this deal and it looked good as amazon.com was sold out of my rear pads. got the front from amazon.com for 36$ shipped free!(axxis ultimate) these guys are more$. So i placed an order as i could not find the rear pads elsewhere. I put maxima.org Discount or whatever in the instructions then i did not see a discount so i called, then i get this email:
Hi David,
We got your voicemail, just getting back to you on this. I looked into your order and unfortunately there is no additional discount on these parts. Our website price on the Brake Pads is actually now lower than the Maxima.org posted price. So it should be a great deal.

i will be watching amazon.com i could not wait to do my brake job or i would have paid way less for rear and this is the best they can do?... too bad also feels good that our "forum discount" is :

i pm'ed asking for a response a got a rude comment about how i shouldnt complain that i got a better price than the website, ... even though it was still i higher price than i found.

Ordered the Brembo blanks and Axxis Ultimates for my 99. Installed and working perfectly with the new calipers and stainless braided lines. No squeeking, some dusting, good bite with very little bed-in time. They are getting better by the day.

I ordered some Metal Masters but changed my mind and decided to get some Hawk HPS's which Import Replacement Parts also carries. Jeff jumped through some hoops to try to change my order but it had already been shipped. I appreciate all the extra effort he took to straighten out the order. I did order the Hawk HPS's front and rear, and the price is very good....
