It's been since last month since I ordered my shipment and I have not yet received a tracking number if it is not shipped out by today I am going to either have you return my money or I am filing a claim with paypal, I sorry I have to put this in the open, I must let others know, I appreciate your business.

 

the purchase was made on the 29th of September. Til today, it has been 6 business days. So it's not really an unreasonable amount of time. U.S custom is just not something either ksport and we can controll. I know cusomters would like to have their product as soon as possible. I will check with ksport again and give you an update.

Yes. There is one year warranty on the suspension. Just email ksport at info@ksportusa.com along with your invoice (paypal reciept works too) and they will provide you with additional instruction on the warranty process.

How hard are these to install?

 

very easy......easier than install springs and struts because these are already one unit ready to go in. You and a buddy can do it in about 1 1/2 hrs or less....
