Cattman Y-Pipe GD Coming Soon!

We'll shift the GD to the group deal forum in a day or two, but I wanted to give the people who'd signed up on this list the first shot at these. I've built up a fair stock of the 3 Cattman y-pipes that cover 00-03 Maximas and 00-04 I30/I35s.

We look forward to taking your orders, and I think that everyone will enjoy these superior Cattman y-pipes.

Cattman Performance
Here is what is available:
YG4 - 1995-1998 Maximas and I30s (ALL)
YG5 - 1999/00 Maximas and I30s w/ Federal emissions
YG5CA - 1999/00 Maximas and I30s w/ CA/NLEV emissions and ALL 2001 Maximas/I30s
YG5A - 2002/03 Maximas and 2002-2004 I35s (ALL)

Emissions Info:
The only years where the emissions types matters is 1999 or 2000. If you have a 95-98 or an 01-03 (and 04 I35s), the emissions system has no effect on the Cattman y-pipe you buy.

Other Information:
Cattman will be shipping to Canada.

I don't know the specifics, but I am almost positive he will have Cali spec. He knows I am here in Cali and didn't tell me there wasn't going to be cali spec up for grabs

We've wanted to do a y-pipe GD for a while, but to do it right means having all of our part #s well-stocked. A variety of details (price, exact timing, etc.) aren't figured out yet, but we'll have all of these y-pipes available when the GD starts:

YG4 - 1995-1998 Maximas and I30s (ALL)
YG5 - 1999/00 Maximas and I30s w/ Federal emissions
YG5CA - 1999/00 Maximas and I30s w/ CA/NLEV emissions and ALL 2001 Maximas/I30s
YG5A - 2002/03 Maximas and 2002-2004 I35s (ALL)

I'm not trying to be secretive, we just lack some of the accounting information needed to establish a price, and in this business you only know you have the parts when they're actually sitting on the shelf, so we won't start the deal until that's all in place.

BTW, if you're unsure about which emissions system your 99/00 Maxima or I30 has, just compare with this diagram:

No, we'd like to sell a bunch of these, so the discount will be better than that. More like 15-20% off of our retail price of $360 (including installation kit).

We do not charge extra for any of our exhaust installation kits, they're automatically included with the part.

Of course. I wish the shipping was not so expensive, but we do a lot of business with our Canadian customers.

If we could find a good Canadian distributor it would probably work more smoothly, because they could order in quantity and ship from Canadian-based stock, but we are so specialized (Maximas/I30s/I35s) that its difficult to get hooked up with a good company.

We simply need to be well-stocked on each of the 4 y-pipe part #s before it starts. I'll probably kick it off when I get back from SEMA, 04 November but if things move quicker than expected, it could be earlier.

Brian,

It sounds like Fed spec Y pipes for the 2000 Maxima are not available, only CA spec?

Why make a list, the deal is coming regardless? He is not waiting to start it based on interest, he knows that people are interested. He is waiting until he can build some stock up, so he can ship them out when they are ordered, versus getting a bunch of complaints because it took to long for people to recieve there Y-pipe. Good business sense. Posting that your interested doesn't mean jack at this point, besides, half the people that post wont have the money anyway.
