All items have been shipped out already. It may just be a problem with the postal service which I have no control over. You should have received a tracking number from stamps.com. Please try to use that to see where your item is. If you wish to receive a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please send the item back when you receive it if you want. Contact me for return address.

Any problems that people had seem to be a result of a manufacturer defect which we obviously have no control over. It is a weathertech issue. We will work with the supplier to resolve this and get people their items as soon as possible.

If you're referring to the wrong cut shown above, that seems to just be those of us with 6th gens...and MaxMoJo has been very responsive about it. Yours should be fine.
