No, those prices are below our cost. We got a bulletin from KYB saying there are companies making "look-a-like" KYB's in China. This is predominent on ebay. Considering those prices, I can almsot gaurantee it.

what about these... the guy has awesome feedback from multiple shock buyers, and please correct me if I am wrong but he is about 45 dollars less shipped... i just would like any clarification as to if yours come with boots etc, and why these could be cheaper, other than they may be cheapy china stuff.

Yea, I'm not sure, we have gotten a bulletin from KYB warning against buying fake shocks as they are circulating ebay etc. Maybe these guys are selling them without even knowing it. Those prices just seem way to low to be legit. If it is, thats an insane deal and we would be better buying our shocks from ebay than directly from KYB... You get my drift??

We dont do any modifications like that, but can sell you the struts needed for it....

What is included with the Rear Mount kit for the 02 Max?
No boots available for 02 Max?

 

Ye aI dont think we have any KYB boots for above 01. Its all the parts comprised of the mount kitm, basically what you need to install the mount. Couple seals, shims, little bearings, etc.

quick questions, what's the point in buying new mounts? I've replaced my shocks/struts before and the shop didn't say I needed them. How do I know if I need new ones? And are the fronts with the bearings better than the ones w/o?

New mounts definitaly aren't required. Some people just change them as long as they are having everything else changed. You only HAVE to change them if yours are bad or very worn out. Odds are, yours are fine. Getting the ones with the bearings is smart, as then you aren't re-using your old bearing.
