So I have to remove the part s first and send them back, wait until they inspect the strut, so they can determine if they are covered under warranty? Can you trace my order and send me a receipt of purchase? Front passenger side is blown after less than 3 months.

Looking into decent struts for 99 i30, all 4. Possibly with lowering springs. What options do I have? My funds are not unlimited and its my DD so maybe a middle of the road set with a 2" drop?

If your funds aren't limited, get coilovers.
Close to the same price as new suspension struts and springs, but way better performance and versatility.
