So maybe could you provide a little more application information on these? Looks really interesting, but I am not sure of its role...i.e. is it permanently mounted in the car? or is this just a regular type charger and I am reading too much into it?

I think this is pretty intersting also but I'm not too sure about info also.
So for example if my car battery went dead because I left the lights on or something..then can I use this to like jump my car to start?
