what's the 22mm bushing fit?
I have a part number for the 4 gen, but nothing listed for the 5 gen.
I also have some "generic" 18 and 21mm bushings I use for Altimas..

the stage I LTB is cake. easier than a FSTB. the stage II is a bit more difficult, but nothing major. four big bolts and it's on.

Front sway bar for what car? 5th gen? Standard "D" bushing, or does it need to be smaller, offset, or anything like that?

I HIGHLY recommend replacing the control arm bushings as well. they are a major weak link in the suspension on these cars.

Sorry, but I'm not set up to accept credit cards unless it's through Paypal.. I'll be glad to accept a check or money order though. And don't worry, I'm not going to run off with your money- I've sold parts to over 400 fellow .org'ers.

007Max, nope.. still haven't found someone in Houston willing to help me get a bar designed to fit with the headers.

rumor has it that the 5th gen setup works fine with the headers, but not on a 4th gen. I still have yet to see any car locally with headers so I can't do anything about it.

98&00 Max, I don't have the 7.5124, sorry. Next time I order a shipment of bushings from ES, I'll be sure to get some.

Hey Matty Would You Recommed The Stage I or II Lower Tie Bar? Is there a big difference between the two? And Will They Fit On With The Warpspeed Stage II Subframe Connector Set? For A 3rd Gen Of Course.... P.S. Almost Over A Year + On Your Rear Sway Bar Links, Still Amazing!! And , One More Things What Up With The New Poly Bushings.... What Do They Do..? ~Charlie~

Matt,
What diameter is the 04 rotor compared to the stock 01 rotor? I am looking to upgrade my front brakes. Does using the 04 rotor with the stock 01 calipers deal mostly with rotor warping issues or is there some braking improvement also?
Thanks
Rube

maxed90, I say go with the stage II all the way. everyone that's installed them has said the same thing. well worth the price difference.
they will fit fine with the warpspeed SFCs since they deal with the front suspension mounting points and not the unibody.

poly bushings.. well, do some reading on the poly bushings- they quicken the steering response and make the car handle noticeably better. well worth the price on them too. EXCELLENT upgrade on our cars.

Rube, the '04 rotors are 12.6" diameter. stock 5.0 gen are 11.0"
the upgrade adds a bit more brake torque (about 15%) to the front so braking effort is lower, and it helps combat the warping issues that are so common on the stock 5.0 rotors.
be sure to use good quality aftermarket pads as well. the stock pads are junk, and are a large part of the warpage issues.

Thanks for the info Matt. I wish you had this GD going on a few weeks ago before I replaced my front rotors and pads. As soon as they warp again (and I know they will) I will def be purchasing the kit from you.

hey matt, for the stage 1 LTB and grounding kit : will you be providing the installation instructions with the purchase?

*your sale is basically discounting the s&h right? since i dont see the change in prices rather the free shipping *

Correct on all counts.

instructions will be provided with products when shipped.

The basic premise of my sale is 10% off of everything, which just happens to come out to ballpark of average shipping costs for me.
(stage 2 Tie bars are $15 to ship. stage I are $10 to ship. ground kits are $5.. etc etc etc. take 10% off the list price of any item and then add shipping and it comes out to about the same as just doing free shipping..

sharkulator, received the payment, thank you!
what color do you want on the ground kit?
hope it's not a problem, but I'm leaving town in the morning and won't be back until about Jan 3... email me what color of ground kit you want, and I'll get the parts shipped to you as soon as I return home.

ecsdesignz, if you can find a way to custom machine brake hats for under $200 each and rotors for under $125 each, then be my guest. until then, consider $550 a DAMN good deal on 2 piece rotors.
(replacement discs for Brembo's brake kits run about $375 PER DISC, and you can't even buy the hats separately.)

couple questions regarding the 5th gen z32tt bbk

would they fit under the 2k3 titanium edition rims?

how much would it be if i wanted to order a set of rotors with it?

i am interested in ordering the motor mounts, bbk brackets and such and possibly a ltb.

Panda, the Z32 calipers will not fit under any of the stock Maxima wheels. They will fit with no problems under the 350Z wheels, but not the Maxima stuff.

the easiest way to tell on the calipers if they are iron or aluminum is that the aluminum weigh about 7lb each. the iron weigh about 10.. The aluminum ones also have fins or ribs on them, while the iron are basically smooth.

Sharkulator, silver is great. I have one in the box at home already made up, and will ship it out as soon as I return home on Jan 2.

Maximo-SE, I have tons of the silver wire in stock so I can make one ASAP if I do not already have one made for the 5th gen.

I have two different types of black- solid and clear.
I have the pics linked on many other threads I've talked about them, but I'm not at home right now and can't remember the URL..

anyway, I can make up a 5 gen ground kit as soon as I return home (on Jan 2) and have it shipped out within a couple of days.
for payments, I accept check, money order or Paypal. paypal is sales@mattblehm.com, or you can mail money order to my home. just shoot me a PM if you want to pay that way and I'll reply with my address.

Spin20,
Calipers are $300 per pair, lines and brackets are $190 shipped per set.. since the calipers are heavy and I don't make a penny off them, I'll have to charge a bit of shipping for it.. say $500 for everything you listed, shipped.
