Nope. I don't hear any unusual sounds coming from there while shifting. Does yours make noise? I enjoy the subtle sound of every click, snick and notch this urethane bushing makes when shifting!

I'd recommend against the grease. There are no moving parts around the bushing to utilize any types of grease. However you can put some on the rod that goes through the middle of the bushing.

Ok folks, i'm still missing about 15-20 cores from past sales. My business can't function unless everyone returns them in a prompt manner. I can't keep buying new bushings from Nissan to replace the ones i'm missing

I can't leave positive feedback unless your core is returned. Thank you very much

calling all cores

C'mon guys send back your cores. Larrio has a good system going now but he needs cooperation from buyers so he can continue to bring us custom parts at a great value. Don't make him buy new cores because you'll be paying for it through increased prices! Buyers before you returned their stock bushing so you could have the one you're using right now. Other Maxima owners are counting on you to return your stock core so they can enjoy the benefits of this urethane shifter bushing.

I'd like a shifter bushing. Are you still selling them? Are they backordered?

I'll put you on the list if you are interested.

If I can get on the list that would be wonderful.

Didnt order before because it would have been a good while before it got installed. I'm pretty much going to install upon receipt of it so I'd like to get on this as well.

For people who want to get a jump on this, THT is selling two bushings right now for $20 each in the 4th gen classifieds. You can use these to send in to get modified and get it back. This would be like sending in your core in advanced but just getting the product after.

Tried to install mine today. Those two 12mm nuts just won't come off. i tried from inside and from the bottom of the car. I'm going to try some more tommorow. Any ideas anyone?

Try to spray some liquid wrench all over it. Let it soak for maybe 10 minutes or more. Gently tap the seized hardware. Then attempt to loosen. If this doesn't work you may need air tools.

A lot of patience with WD-40 and liquid wrench. Make sure to wipe off the excess to the socket doesn't end up stripping the nut

penetrating oil wasn't gonna cut it. i had to drill through the bolts and replace them.
Nothing drastic, but shifts feel a bit nicer. Core will be sent Larrio

I've only received 4 bushings back so far

Still missing about 10-15 bushings total, its just too bad. Next people on the list already contacted. I'm forced to end this product soon because I can't afford to keep purchasing new ones to offset the lack of cores. Sorry folks.

I"ll have to inquire with paypal about this. It wouldn't be fair to the buyer if paypal took a fee during the refund process.

Another thing is that the bushings are hard to order everytime brand new from Nissan. They are usually backordered and it cuts a lot into margin. Its just not feasible. I'll try the Raxles policy of charging the core charge if the core has not been returned with 2 weeks.

Paypal does not charge fees for refunds. Infact, they reverse the fees they charge the seller if a refund is made. Paypal prorate the fees refunded based on the amount of the partial refund done.

By the way. I sent payment through paypal.
