Btw, anyone can find a good condition core at your local junkyard and mail it to me. That way no core charge and a $2 dollar discount.... $40 dollars shipped w/ no waiting in line!! The turn around is 2-3 days plus shipping

So how are things progressing?

 

Sent two bushings out, one lost in the mail the other got returned after 2 weeks and had to be re-sent. Just placed a small order at the dealership for more bushings, I hope to get the cores back to recuperate some of the cost.

 

Larry, what if I rip my stock one out and sent it to you beforehand? will that reduce wait time?

My car is immobile right now anyways...

Not sure if I left my thoughts on the shifter bushing yet or not...
My stock piece was still in good shape so I haven't noticed much difference in normal everyday driving. When I went to the track though was when I noticed the improvement. Never missed 3rd, which I used to do at least once, and the speed shifting was sooooo precise.

I thought for a minute that I'd actually learned how to drive the thing. lol

Just wanted to know if there is a noticable smoother shifting with the new bushing, because i'm having problems when shifting, from 1st to 2nd gear - mostly...!??

Also would like to know the price shipped to 60200/Europe, if possible?

One got lost in the mail and the others I ordered at the dealer are on back order. I'm hoping things speed up after the holidays.

brio max: your smooth shifting problems could be transmission related. The bushing mostly firms up the slack in between gears. Although each member may have differing opinions on what it does. I'll get back to you on Monday regarding shipment to Europe

I have one of the OEM bushings, still in the original, sealed Nissan bag if anyone wants to buy it.

I'll get it back to you next week. It's been very cold here and the urethane isn't curing as fast.
