They don't repond in here on threads or return PM's. People also keep complaining about long shipping delays. That is enough for me not to order from them.

Yeah, definately heard of their shipping delay problems. Kinda weird they sponsor this site and give that level of service. Perhaps the Org should look into removing their sponsor name from the top banner of every page.
