Im not happy at all the way this went down. i could of already purchased one at the local dealer. probabley wont make any future purchases on maxima.org forums. still havent recieved paypal refund. what a waste of my time. NO thanks to maxima.org moderators i guess its shop at your own risk.

Well the claim was found in my favor but I never got my refund. This dude never responded to paypal emails or my emails. This is BS! from the sound of it, a lot of people have been scammed by this shop. Mods should be made aware of this so this type of thing wont happen again.

Multiple letters from all the customers here that are waiting on goods should be filed with the above agencies. CT DCA does accept electronic correspondence.

You PAID for something, you didn't get it, its FRAUD. Period.
You PAID for something, a refund was promised and never issued, its FRAUD. You can spin it anyway you want. It doesn't matter, someone has your money.

 

so why dont people in ny or ct pay them a visit

 

I just spoke to Roger on aim. He said he knows where Dave lives but wont give me the address because he lives with his parents. Roger said he'll pay him a visit this week and settle things out.
