Filed a claim thru my cc and they are working on it. Looks like its doing a lot more than what paypal has done for me and my cc has refunded the money charge until they are done with the investigation. I suggest you guys do the same.

I got this email from paypal 2 days ago:

this is bull****, paypal only gave me back $30 out of the $830 i paid!

I need to goto my bank tomorow and seek help.

btw my paypal is linked with my checking account/debit and not my credit card. Do you think my bank will help me out in terms of fraud protection?

Possibly, it depends on the bank's policies and the terms and agreements for your account. If you have all your paperwork, you should have a good chance given that you are a customer of the bank, and they should try to please/help you.

"Cashiers check has been sent next day to paypal to refund all money that is owed. Funds should clear in 3 to 5 business days then money will be distributed to everyone that is in need of a refund".
anybody know this guy? looks familiar im not sure, somebody let me know. maybe this will turn out to be a sort of good ending.
