Fujita Air warrants the product for replacement or repair of parts and/or workmanship for a period of ten years. Polishing is not warranted and will require touchup.
These warranties are made exclusively to the original customer presenting proof of purchase. These warranties do not include wear and tear or damages caused by misuse or abuse.
Fujita Air does not assume any liability for damages to the engine due to water entering the motor through the intake system.

wyche89, unfortunately Fujita will not be making one for the 5th gen. Although the engine is the same the MAF and bracket location is different. However, the filters are universal. If you have any questions please let me know.

Are these smog compliant?

 

Currently the carb status is pending in CA but should be approved soon. Once approved Fujita will send you a CARB approved emblem to attach to your intake.

 

Got it installed yesterday, definitely a noticable sound difference. God I can't wait to do the exhaust set up and get the pholenic intake spacer kit installed either. Thanks everyone.

cf494, did you get a chance to contact Fujita Air directly? The rebate that was offered when you purchased your intake was a manufacturer's rebate. I will contact them for you as well to follow up.

 

I contacted them back on April 10th (give or take a few days) and they said it would be right out. Well, still nothing.
