Fujita has extended the $20 rebate till end of September. So the $169.99 after rebate price is still good for another 2 weeks.

I see on Fujita's website that the same partnumber is used for 02-06 Altima SE's as is used for 04-06 Maxima's. I have an 02 Altima, and I thought the MAF sensor was different for 02-03 Altimas than the one used on 04-06 Altimas. Since Fujita only lists one intake for my car, I guess I am wrong!

Can anybody clarify for me?

Thanks!

There are a very small number of 02-04 V6 Altimas that have the circular air mass. Please check your Altima to see if the air mass is rectangular or circular. If you are not sure please take a picture and send it to us or post it here.

Unfortunately, no. The air sensor is different on the 5th and 6th gen.

This might be a bit too much work but...if i cut the intake around the air sensor, used my stock one and connected them with silicone hoses & clamps, it would work wouldnt it?

I wouldn't suggest doing that. The intakes were specifically manufactured for specific air sensors.

Is that a lifetime filter and does it require periodic oiling like a K & N ?

Apologies for the late reply. It does require cleaning but does not require oiling.

From Fujita:
Cleaning the air filter is simple and can be done using soapy, lukewarm water, and let air dry. The Super Flow High Performance Air Filter™ contains a synthetic fiber that does not contain any oil.

RideTuner, can you guarantee a fit on the 08's? Do you have a .pdf file I could download to check the installation process. Do you need to reset anything (on the computer) due to the increase air flow? Thanks again.

Hi, the 07 and the 08 are the same so it will fit without any issues. If for any reason it does not fit you will receive a full refund. I have a pdf for the 04-06 but not the 07-08. The installation process is pretty much the same though. However, you will be receive a printed version that comes with the intake system. PM your email and I will send it to you.

Am I safe to assume since it is washable it is a "lifetime" filter like a K and N?
