what's the difference between OEM hood struts (those things that hold hood up right?) and the 25 dollar struts at autozone? don't mean to hurt your business but i don't know why these struts are so expensive.....

I have a co-worker of mine that has a 300zx, He is int he middle of changing the brakes. Inside the caliper, I guess is a rubber o-ring that I guess is used for the brakes lines or whatever. But I think there are about 2-4 little o-rings inside the caliper. They are black in color and no bigger than a dime or penny. How much for those (o-rings). Is there a kit or something for the Z. This would be for a 1990 Nissan 300ZX, I think it has ABS. NOt sure but it has all wheel disc brakes. Can you also check the the prices on:

1. shims for the brakes
2. Front and rear rotors
3. the o-rings I mentioned
4. upper and lower retainers for the brakes
4. Rear brake pads

I have a question on the shim kit...how many shims come with the kit? Four? Two for each side? What about the retainers. Are there two of them, one for each side. i think these go in a small hole in a bolt and the other end goes into another bolt with a hole as well.

manual is 73.00 and takes 2 weeks to order

can you get me a new plastic valve cover? i have a stripped screw in there and the only way to get it out is to break the cover and get in there with vise grips or something. also, can you get me a black oem e-brake handle for a 4th gen? let me know

2 front oem rotors for same?

i dont know if i would save enough money buying pads/rotors from you because id be paying the shipping charges and they could possibly balance out any money id be saving... so depending on your price, i'll see about the pads/rotors. however, i DO need this part (82222-2y000) from you. fyi, its the steel bar that divides the vent glass and main glass in the rear doors. do i just call or what?
