They look awesome! Can't wait to install them. What happened to the two bolts on the top over the wheel?
Is there any way to quantify how much stiffer they make the chassis?

So for installation you use the two bolts for the door and then weld the piece above the wheel to the body? Is that it or do you reccomend welding the brace as much as possible to keep it even more stiffer?

Thanks

I had not drilled them at the time of that picture.

For installation the bolts will be fine there is no welding required for these to be installed.

I forget what the fender looks like, will drilling be necessary for the two bolts above the wheel?

Yes simple install was a key point in the planning of this product.

Just remove the fender and two bolts bolt on the brace mark where you need to drill or just drill through the holes in the brace install bolts and nuts and your done.

I would jump on set immediately, but I think if I did, they would just sit in my garage for months and months like my subframe braces did. Plus I'm right in the middle of a resto on my 240. Maybe next month

Sean, I talked to you back in mid-May about some things...and I just emailed you back as well. As soon as I get a response to my email, I'll send money.

Also, anyone experienced these things yet? Any word on how effective they are?!

Can't wait to get these on my car!

Hey guys, how's production?

I sent money almost a month ago...and I still don't have anything, not even an estimated delivery date. How much longer will it be? I've sent two emails asking about the status and got no reply...I'll PM you and send another email I guess.

I'm gonna be needing these soon, I've got new fenders awaiting installation, but no braces to put under them!

An update would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
Josh

Truax hasn't been on the org since 9-2-2008. I asked Truax some valid questions in another thread they were participating in, but received no response.

I would like a set as well, but I would like more commitment from Truax first. They took forever to get Mowgli29 his set and another member is still waiting for his set a month+ later. My SFC's took 2 months to receive even though "they will be ready in two weeks"....

So, what's going on Truax? You still making quality parts for us Maxima enthusiasts or what?

Why, it makes you a perfect lover, of course.

Fender braces stiffen up the front end significantly (...that's what she said). If you read more carefully it's already been discussed.

Are you the only person who has installed them? I saw VQuick was at the top of the list, did you ever get them?

AFAIK I'm the only person with them installed. I thought I remembered them taking aloooong time to get VQuick his, and i didn't know if/when he got them or if he ever got them installed. VQuick?

BTW, I<3 them. if you're a suspension/chassis/handling freak, you need these. there was a bit of discussion about install, impressions, etc. in the GD thread I think.
