99% of our kits arrive within 2-3 days. For 1/3rd the price of an overnight shipment.

Our guys deal with a lot of different customer personalities and demands. We do our best to accommodate all of them.
We test all bulbs before they go and also I have personally seen how they are tested at the factory, 99 out of 100 times (and all of our customers that come in here can attest to this). Many times what is returned back to us as "faulty" is actually just fine and sent back out.
Best to be respectful and not jump around kicking and screaming, people tend to want to help those that are respectful.
Instead of doing this on all the threads like you're doing and acting like this, try hitting the "contact us" form on the site and emailing us your desired results. We'll do our best to resolve it.

And no one is kicking and screaming. Its just a little frustrating when a seller screws up, then tries to make the buyer jump through hoops to get the problem resolved. Not wise business practices IMHO...
