Can a 35W bulb handle 55W ballasts?? If so, how much for the a Pair of 55W ballasts alone?

Yes, but it will burn the bulb out faster, that's why all our bulbs are 50W.
55W ballasts alone for fat analog ones are $65.

55W is $85 per kit. not $65.

I need bulbs and ballasts. D2S? or is it D2R?
what am I looking at for a cost shipped to canada?
probably 6000k.

That is an adapter plug to a D2S, we have adapters for $35 for the pair.
They connect to our ballasts. You can get ballasts for $45 for the pair and you'll be able to make it work.
