Does that mean I'm finally getting my bulbs and ballast? Give me a status update. I'm just about out of patience. I've tried dealing with you in a professional manner, but you have just been ignoring me or posting false promises. This is your last chance, or I'm going to be forced to go post everything up in public.

 

Let me answer you as an answer to you and everyone else.
1) Due to the popularity of this, we have sold out about 4 times over.
2) Any failures we've been getting warranty boxes as quickly as possible.
3) We do our best to get warranty parts out to people as quickly as possible, if we do not have your full name and email address and order on file, you need to provide it to us quickly so we can match up our database with your name.
4) Finally, to make matters more delayed, we are short-staffed this week especially due to the release of 2 of our employees (they were not performing) AND our work with the SF Auto Show.

So, apologies for any delays, we'll work hard to recover it, just be patient and we'll take care of it.

 

Every time I message you, whether it be by email or PM, I reference the PayPal transaction number. For example in the PM I sent only 2 days ago. You should be able to look up the initial transaction, and what I ordered. In addition I also reiterate what parts were incorrectly sent to me, and what part was faulty. I've also supplied my address to you several times for your convenience, and every time you've stated you would take care of it. I still don't see anything in the mail as promised, and you can't blame me for being slightly irritated after going through this about 6 times.

Damn... Now I wish I'd waited a week to order my kit! I ordered mine Friday, November 21 and it arrived this past Friday, November 28. Prompt shipping and arrived when promised! I should have it installed and a few photos this weekend.

I received my kits, and the bottoms of the ballasts are badly scratched and dented. It looks like someone hit them with a hammer. Are they supposed to be mangled like this?

 

It will not affect warranty or functionality, but they do arrive that way to us from our supplier. It's nothing to be concerned with.

The kits don't melt stock wires. So there is no need for one. But we do have one for $20 more.

6000K was what I wanted originally, but then changed to 4300K in our emails.

How can I exchange this for 4300K?

did you let it rest for about 2-3 minutes to settle? Because it starts out very very blue then settles to whiter.

Yeah, I read that too, so I left it on for a few minutes and walked around it in case I was seeing the "color bend" but it's definitely too blue for me.
