9004/7 are in stock for 8K and so is H3.
2 kits + shipping to Canada = $150.

Two questions.
1) What are Bi-Xenon headlights (how different from HID's).
2) I see on here that the fogs can be HID but what about the high beams?

BiXenon - moving or dual bulb HID kits - more expensive.
high beams = not a good idea, too much on and off for them.

What are the benefits of having the Bi-Xenon? Are they any brighter?

You dont lose high beam functionality. That's the only benefit.

For anyone wondering about my install, it's not finished yet...

I should have them in this afternoon. I've been busy as hell during the week and can't work on the car then, and I was out of town last weekend.

And today will not be that day! I finally got my harness issues ironed out, then stuck the H3 bulb in the housing. It fits fine and doesn't touch the glare shield or anything, but now I can't put the cap back on. There's practically no damn room in the 00/01 housing for the H3C bulb to fit and the cap to go back on! I'll edit this post later with photos of what I'm talking about (and the light output).

Basically, my plan was to cut off the large plugs from the bulb and feed the wires though the + and - that already go through the cap. Solder the large plugs onto the external wiring, and crimp on some male/female spades on the bulb and the wiring inside the foglight housing itself. Well, there's no room between the back of the H3C blub and the housing for the spade connectors... Any ideas? I'm all ears!

Before you do that, why not cut a hole in the back with a 1" blade?

I could, but I'd feel better about keeping the foglight sealed like it was with a Halogen bulb...

You've got to be kidding me... I cut that thing apart to free up the wires, then cut the leads to each bulb and replaced them with spades...

Sweet. I put my car back together a few hours ago...

The last photo is 4100K (OEM, can't remember the K temperature offhand) bi-xenon and 3000K fogs. And yes, I know my angel eyes on the driver's side don't work... They ceased to function when I took that headlight off...

I ended up using my dremel (couldn't find the damn drill) to cut out sections around the bottom backside of the fog light housing for my spade connectors to slide through.

My only complaint is that my fogs get HOT when these are on... I recently read a thread where a STi owner's bumper and foglight melted due to some issue. It had me thinking about how hot my fogs get with these H3Cs on. The lense is hot to the touch in 5 minutes or so. I did a test where I let them sit on (sitting on my hood, about 50 degrees in the garage). Very hot after 30 min, I swear I smelled plastic after 45....

your fogs are glass, don't worry about melting.

00/01 have plastic lenses while 02/03 have glass lenses. But I'm sure both have plastic housings, which is what also gets hot in addition to the lenses.

You'll have to splice into your foglight's wiring at the very least. Since I wanted my fogs to be on/off independent of the stalk switch, I made a harness, using a switched source (fusebox) to trigger a relay, so I can't leave them on with the car off, and stuck a switch in the panel that covers the fusebox area.

9003 and H4 are the same.

I would recommend max of 8K, yes, they are in stock.
