i'm assuming you are wanting to know if they can be comfortable and my opinion is yes, however comfort is subjective and what may be comfortable to me may be not so comfortable to you. it will not be mistaken for stock suspension by any means.

tokico blues are an oem replacement. if you are looking for an oem type ride comfort coilovers of any type are probably not for you.
coilovers are generally geared towards performance. this means firmer spring rates to improve handling as well as compensate for lower ride height which can result in a "harsh" ride to some (depending on actual spring rate as well as personal preference). dampers (struts) are meant to absorb/dissipated energy that would otherwise be stored/released from the spring in the form of a "bouncy" ride. a damper perfectly matched to a firm spring can still be considered to have poor ride quality to someone looking for an oem-ish level of comfort.
