Bump for pics in a 4th gen. I need to install one of these 9 led kit in my truck but it looks like one of the adaptors that come with the 9 LED kit needs to be used to plug into the type of existing connector in the car. I cut off my existing bulb housing that was in my trunk (wanted to go with something brighter), so I only have the neg and pos wires. Can I cut off the harness plug on the 9 led kit and wire in into my neg and pos wires? Is it the 9 led kit polarity sensitive?
So you used two 9 led kits in the trunk? Can you send me a pic of how much these light up your trunk? Im looking on getting 3 of the 9 led kits. I plan on installing two under the front driver and passenger area and 1 in the trunk. If one isn't bright enough then I'll need two for the trunk. Where did you get grab power for the two 9 led kits in the front of your car?
Actually I have 3 in there. It's bright, one was OK but I added one on each side as well. As for the floor lights, the 6th gen has them stock so it's just plug and play. But you can either tap into the BCM under the dash or splice into the domes or doors...

Has anyone gotten a complete 4th gen kit?
Probably consist of Map light, Front Doors, Dome, Glove Box, Trunk, and Reverse lights
(Unless people are putting them in their front corner and bumper lights, and taillights as well)...

I have a 98 Maxima with Gold LEather Interior. I am curious as to how it would look in mine.
Would these LED's burn the plastic covering?
I do not know my buld sizes, can you make suggestions?
I want to replace all the lights Except for the dash(dont want to mess with that)

I am looking to see how these look in a 4th gen as well. All I am seeing is 6th gens with them
For the Map light, Front Doors, Dome, Glove Box, Trunk you would need 6 of the 9 LED's.
As for the front corners, you could use the 194's and taillights I suppose you mean the rear sidemarker which you could use the 194 as well. And not sure what the bumper lights are? But you could do the plate lights as well with a set of 194's...

(I am not too familiar with the 4th gen so double check before you order)
The Sylvania site will have a complete list but the list above should be correct)

Sorry for the delay, the two in front are white but the ones right above my camera are blue, might look a bit more blue due to the pic. I'd say based on you wanting this look, go blue but they def are not as bright as white (as far as seeing at night etc...)
Great bulbs, i just did my plate lights and doors with the white. this is the way every car company should make their lights.
Like i told Jason i didnt tell my wife i changed them, she turned the overhead on and yelled she wasnt expecting it to be so bright. then my son (3 years old) said daddy, no yellow, white now

Still new to this forum, but what type of bulbs are required for the dome lights in an 04 Maxima SE and the type of bulbs for the floor. I know it's a stupid question, but had to ask. I am really interested in getting these bulbs. I just don't want to buy more bulbs than I need.
P.S is anyone know where to get them please PM anytime thanks.
