Na, just as they need to be a dual fillament bulb for the switchbacks to work.

 

randomly came accross this thread, wondering if i was to go to the source to get resistors so that the turn signal wont blink fast when i put in led bulbs, what rating am i looking for?

Got a small batch of these available.

Switchback LEDs for parking light/turn signals. The links go directly to the webstore.
07-11 Maxima = 3157
04-06 Maxima = 1157
00-01 Maxima = 1157

They'll fit the older years, but the turn signal bulbs end up being different than the parking lights, so there's no point in spending extra for them.

Standard shipping on them is $6, express is $10 if you want them faster.

 

How many LEDS in the 1157 switchbacks....I prefer a 60 stack...it's brighter and cooler. What color temp is the white? I have a 2005 SE.

 

The switchbacks we're currently using are 60-SMD (1210-SMD). 30-white, 30-amber.
