FINALLY, I was able to finish these lips and have them in full production mode. I've been working on this since Aug 2010, and recently was able to finish the project and send out my first batch of lips.

This is a FEELER thread only to test interest for a group deal on these. Minimum orders will be 5 lips or more, pricing is $285 Shipped OR $245 CASH Local Pick (San Diego, CA).

The material is FRP - Fiberglass Re-inforced Plastic. It's not 100% fiberglass and the surface finish is very solid and smooth. No waves or inconsistencies. It is flexible, but won't be as flexible as the stillen Polyurethane lip.

Finally, I was able to pull few strings. I was able to bring the cost of shipping down, making the lip $285 shipped flat rate. Local pick up can be arranged, so it's $245 cash in hand only for Locals.
