What is the price and does it depend on 3rd, 4th, or 5th gen?

Nope, Im just organizing the GD, not selling any of the stuff. I would recomend getting in touch with leatherseats.com yourself over the phone and getting a quote, and also getting a quote from a nissan dealer.

I'd rather wait until we have 20 counts since it would match up to Altima's order. Then we might be able to get free shippig when combined with them. Also, I believe that there are ppl out there who just forgot to check the thread for a long time so they didn't know that we are closing the deal. So let me put new posts on different forums just to inform peopole out there.

 

May 31 is fine with me, just curious how everyone felt. I think the majority want to wait for 20 to get the extra discount.

 

If the deadline is may 31st I would also be down for this group deal. I have a question what does the $35 installation kit include, is it definetely needed if I am going to install the kit myself, or does it just make it easier.

 

Please include me on the list, I wan't the leather.I also want information on the install kit. Is it possible to do this install on your own or is it worth the 300 to 400 dollars for the install? I am ready to get this as soon as possible, if it can be done before the deadline even better. Does anyone have comments on all black leather from this company, anything i need to know?

 

You HAVE to have the install kit to put in the seats yourself. You get the hog rings, the pliers, and the glue(for the door inserts). And yes its worth just doing yourself

 

count me in, btw i have a beige/goldish maxima 98 with blakish/grey crapet vinyl and cloth seats. What would u guys reccomend for my application?

 

kinda a weird question but

my max has a black interior, but its not reallly black

its like a dark dark grey, think the black/white leather combo will match well? i mean im sure the color is supposed to be black.

any way to find out yer interiors color code or somethin?

 

J, if your dash is SUPPOSED to be black, but is just faded, I'd get some good dash polish/cleaner for it to get back the orig color, then make a decision. For myself, I have a black interior with gray carpet/seats etc...so Im gonna do black on charcoal gray(to match my carpet).

how do the installation of inserts work? i would think an "insert" would fit into something. however, the whole leather seat in my 2000 maxima is sewn together. im confused. what do i take out and what do i insert?

 

The "inserts" are for the doors. You know...that panel that has cloth that matches your seat? You take off the door panel and put the leather over it.

 

how many people do you have for this GD? I got about 12 by the time mine was over and done with. I am VERY happy with my leather !!!

Definatly install the leather yourself guys, its about 8 to 10 hours but its DEF worth it and saves a good $$300-400.

p.s. Eric you will get the pics of my leather installed in my car along with my dad's C5 corvette soon also.

J Steed just bought up a good question... what ABOUT the armrest? Is that included in the cost? Provided I get my income tax back soon, I might be down for this. Bit I gotta be honest, tires and/or exhaust is my first priority.

 

no center armrest for the front. but the entire rear seat including the center armrest is included.

Arm rest is 65 extra, same with the 5spd leather cover thingy.
