Don's VB mod, potential group deal

Anyone interested in Don's VB mod, he might give us a discount if we get two or more cars for the mod and install. If you live in Houston or surrounding areas and are interested, please PM me.

You can check out details about the mod at:

We'd have to negotiate, but I don't know if it will apply if we both don't get the mod and install. Pm me and we'll talk.

I might be interested. I am located in
Dallas, TX. I'd really like to have the
install taken care of by someone else...

Let me know the details.

I'm waiting to hear from Don about the group deal. The deal only applies if you get both the vb mod and the uninstall\reinstall of the VB mod. That's not really possible if you can't drive to Houston to have it done.

Truthfully, there's no confirmation on this group deal. Don said he'd let us know.

I'm interested but it depends greatly on the timeframe and when it can be done. I live in California but would be willing to drive there since I need to go there within the next 2 months anyhow. A final price and such would be very helpful for me to decide.

Well, for the group deal you have to get the mod and the install. You can't really get the install if your car isn't here in Houston. If you want to haggle with Don about Mobiletek's pricing for the vb mod, feel free to email him at the address on their website. For the most part the deal is for a lower price for the uninstall\install of the modded part.

Bandit,

The whole process usually takes only 2-3 hours by a pro. Don has done the mod a lot of times and is very experienced at the uninstall\install, so it should go quickly. I'm waiting to hear from him about the pricing and scheduling. I'm looking to have my Maxima done probably next weekend.

Sounds great! I would be willing to make a road trip there next weekend...but before I commit to it, I need a final price...but thanks for the follow up!

Availability?

Don e-mailed me today re: 02 vb delays. If it's the same as all 5th gen. he is having serious problem getting gasket kits. I offered my assistance in possibly helping him get the needed seals/gaskets. I am awaiting a answer. I have been waiting 6 weeks now.
