I got mine within 5 days. It came UPS, no tracking number or shipment confirmation. Normally I don't like that, but Cattman seemed to have a pretty good reputation on here.

But hey, I'm flexible and can make it seem like a group deal for anyone that would prefer. Go out and get a money order and send it to me by mail (write "group deal" on the back of the envelope). Then I'll sit on it for a couple of weeks while you wonder if the letter got lost, then send you the bar. Or maybe I'll wait six weeks, whatever.
Then it would seem just like a lot of the group deals I read about.
But I think most will just want to call the order line, pay with a CC and have it sent straightaway (and if not in stock you don't pay till they're shipped).

Finally got mine! Had to wait a few weeks thru the back order, but it's on now! Very easy install. The bushings are sliced diagonally from the corner to the center, so sliding them on the bar is easy. Didn't have to remove any lines or brackets. Just need a set of ramps and a deep 14mm (or 9/16") socket wrench. I left 1" of bar from the trailing arm bushing to the end of the bar. The instructions say expose more bar to tighten the ride. What have others set at? Also says the trailing arm bracket should be in the center. Mines to the rear and "tightening" would move it further back. Oh, mines a '97 SE 5 spd.
Thanks Cattman!!!!!!!!
Enjoyed doin' bidness wit ya!
Now I'm enjoying the ride!

Mike, what method of shipping is Cattman using and were they able to declare your package at a lower cost? If you're using USPS is that with EMS(tracking # included)? Also, when did they say they would ship out your bar?

I decided I wasn't going to worry about all that extra stuff, knowing full wel I'd get nailed anyways. I factored all that **** in to the cost (shipping, duty), and said fine by me.
I'm expecting a shipping # etc. to be emailed to me when they send it out, but didn't ask about expected delivery date or anything. '
Was busy, so didn't ask some of the important questions. Ah well. I'll let you know all that junk when I find out.

I'm sorry, but I just don't sell enough gen3 ADDCO bars to buy them in quantities that allow me to sell them at $115 shipped. In fact, I hardly sell any at all.
I'm kind of hesitant to push the ADDCO GEN3 bars for a couple of reasons. Their instructions for this application are REALLY horrible, actually labelled for a GM mid-size sedan, and I've never installed one. [The instructions for the 1995-2003 bars are somewhat cryptic, but much better than the gen3's.] If someone was willing to contribute a decent installation instruction set, I'd be somewhat more inclined to promote the gen3 ADDCO RSBs (I'd repay the favor).
Another drawback that affects ADDCO and other brands of aftermarket RSBs on the gen3 (only) is that the trailing links are not robustly secured to the underside of the car and the larger swaybars can rip them from the car if pushed hard. Those can be reinforced (most people don't have any problems and won't need to) and the issue is in no way unique to the ADDCO RSB, so I don't see this as a barrier to selling them, just something to let people know about.

Hi cattman,
I placed my order on August 2, Lori, a very nice lady, told me it should arrive around Aug.6~8, but it didn't. I called again on Aug. 13, she gave me a tracking # and was told should arrive on that day but it didn't. I tracked it on Aug. 15, found out she gave me a wrong tracking # cuz it has been delivered to somewhere else. So I called the next day which is Aug.16. She told me there is somewhat mistake and should arrive on aug.19~20. It's Aug.22 today and I have not got my RSB...
Could you help me out? I was charged on Aug.8.
Thanks!

Lets just stop and think for a moment. Based on the information associated with your message here, I know your forum name is mightima, but nothing more. Unless your actual name is mightima, I don't have the slightest idea who you are, so I can't tie it to any sale or determine what the problem is.
Generally speaking, its far more effective to communicate with me directly about an issue that needs to be resolved in a timely way. My email is at the bottom of every post I make, its on my website, and its available from the folks at my ordering service. This is about the last place I'll notice a message, because I just don't have the time to monitor the forum; wish I did, but I don't.
Just to be absolutely sure you've got it, write to bcatts@cattman.com. Tell me who you are, and I will be on this issue like a rash.
As you will note, there is a long string of comments from pleased customers about how quickly their bars arrived, so we've apparently got a lost package out there somewhere.

Its after hours so I can't check inventory, but I know for sure that I'll be out quite soon. May do this with one more batch if I can get the price I need to make the deal.
Will look into that tomorrow.

Got mine at work on Friday but I was off. Someone from work brought it to my house. I'll do my install tomorrow since it's a holiday and all. I'll let you know then. Thanks for the deal and for the quick shipment.

Put it on today. It took about an hour & included jacking the car up & taking off both wheels. On the first curve of my test drive, I didn't like the way it felt...kinda like I had less traction in the rear. I guess it just takes a minute for the bar to get seated right because in all of the rest off the curves, the car was begging me to push it harder. Great deal for the money. I feel like you glide around curves now. Thanks.

I would advise not taking the wheels off. The install is easier, and works better (noting your initial experience in the first corner), if you put the back wheels up on ramps. You should have weight on the rear axle, not have it hanging, to install this properly.
Its been years since I installed mine, but I think perhaps this is mentioned in ADDCO's somewhat primitive installation instructions.
I'd strongly advise checking the tightness and position of all your fasteners.

I expect to have a few more by the end of this week or beginning of next. Wouldn't be a bad idea to place an order so you're in line. We don't charge the CC until we ship.
